Getting started & how credits work

Create your account, learn how one credit balance pays for every video, and make your first free documentary.

Step 1: Create your account
Sign up with your email and enter the verification code we send you. Your account starts with 2 free documentary minutes, no card needed.
Step 2: Find your balance
Your credit balance is always visible in the studio sidebar and on the Billing page. One balance covers both tools.
Step 3: Know the rates
Every 30 seconds of finished video uses 5 credits for a documentary (10 per minute), 10 for Create with AI with images and camera motion, and 20 for Create with AI with real animation.
Step 4: Understand rounding
Every video is billed in 30-second steps of its final length. A 30-second Short uses 5 credits; a 6 minute 20 second documentary is billed as 6:30, which is 65 credits.
Step 5: Make your first video
Open Documentary from the dashboard, paste a short script and press Create. You'll see live progress for every stage and can close the tab while it works.
