By creating an account or using Orsona.ai you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You own your scripts and the videos you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. You must have the rights to anything you upload, including characters, logos and drawings used in animated videos.
Footage and generated visuals
Documentary videos include footage, images and audio from third-party archives under the licenses described on our licensing page. You agree to keep required credits and to comply with those licenses. Animated visuals in Create with AI projects are generated for your video and may be used in the videos you export.
Acceptable use
- No content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or that infringes others' rights.
- No deceptive content presented as genuine news footage of events it does not depict.
- No animated characters that imitate a real person to mislead, or that copy someone else's protected character without permission.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over unless stated. Credits are consumed for the finished length of newly generated videos at the rate of the tool and mode used (10 credits per minute for documentary videos, 20 for AI videos with images, 40 for AI videos with real animation, billed in 30-second steps of finished length); replacing or redrawing shots before export is free. Create with AI requires a paid plan.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. Generation times vary with video length, quality and demand.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Orsona is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
