• Account information: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Content you create: scripts, project settings, uploaded media (including character images), generated storyboards and shots, and the videos we render for you.
• Usage data: basic logs such as pages visited, errors and generation activity, used to operate and improve the service.
• Payment information: when paid plans launch, payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

How we use information

• To provide the service: generating narration, finding footage, drawing and animating shots, rendering and storing your videos.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse and enforce our terms.
• To respond to support requests and send essential service emails.

Third-party services

To produce your videos, Orsona uses carefully selected infrastructure and media partners. They receive only what is needed to do the job, such as search terms derived from your script, narration text, shot descriptions and character references. We do not send your account details to these services, and we do not sell your data.

Retention

Projects and renders are kept while your account is active. You can delete any project at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies, and access to stored data is restricted.

Your rights
